We are not able to reserve same-day orders online. We recommend placing an order a minimum of 48 hours (YES 2 full DAYS) example: order for friday needs to be confirmed and paid by Wednesday!
To secure availability on our smokers, all pre orders minimum is $250.

We require all pre orders to be paid minimum 2 days in advance.

We do not have a delivery service but you are welcome to send in a request & we will let you know if we are able to accommodate for a fee. *Uber package will do pick ups, you can arrange via the Uber app please let us know the drivers name and give Uber the pick name for order to tell the staff. If you choose to use a 3rd party pick up source.

Our catering team will send you an estimate or invoice - at this time we tentatively hold the smoker space for you. Once paid you will be 100% confirmed for your order, location and time for pick up.

Changes to guest counts, menu selections, or pick up details must be submitted at least 48 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate requests made after this time, but cannot guarantee adjustments.
Order Cancellation:
24–72 hours before your event: A 50% cancellation fee will apply.
Less than 24 hours before your event: Cancellations are non-refundable, as your order will already be in preparation.
